The Medicine

When entering the country, vaccinations against hepatitis A and B, malaria and yellow fever are required.

Digital Nomad Visa
Currently, Indonesia does not provide special visas for digital nomads, but there are other options available.
Visa on Arrival
Citizens of EU countries, USA, Canada and many others can get a Visa on Arrival (VoA), in fact, this is a visa exemption agreement. A complete list of visa-free countries can be found on the website of the Indonesian Immigration Authority.
The validity period is 30 days.
The visa fee is $35.
What do you need to enter Indonesia?

Single-Entry Visitor Visa
For those who want to stay in Indonesia for up to six months, you can apply to the Indonesian Embassy for a Single-Entry Tourist Visa, also known as Single-Entry Visitor Visa (B211A) or Visitor Visa.
Tourist visa price:
- for 60 days – $100
- for 180 days – $400
It is also possible to extend the visa for 60 days, but so that the maximum stay in the country does not exceed 180 days. To extend a tourist visa, you need to find a sponsor.

What do you need to apply for a tourist visa?

- Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
- Paid round-trip airfare or to a third country
- Bank statement on the availability of funds (at least $2000)
- Paid hotel or accommodation reservation
- Instead of a paid hotel reservation, you can provide a letter from a sponsor who is an Indonesian citizen. If you do not have a guarantor, the Indonesian visa agencies can help you with this (the cost of the service is $23).
- Full vaccination against COVID-19
- Medical policy is not required (but it is desirable to issue a policy)
Multiple-Entry Visitor Visa

For business purposes, you can apply for a business visa (D212) valid for up to 5 years. The number of entries and exits to Indonesia is not limited, but the duration of each visit should not exceed 60 days.
